Placement Procedure |
|
1.Drive a threaded nail at the marked position using a
hammer and attach a locating fixture on the formwork.
2.After placement of reinforcing bars, place the insert
onto the locating fixture.
3.When concrete is placed, it will not penetrate into the
inside of the insert because it is plugged by the locating
fixture.
4.When the formwork is removed, fixtures and nails are
also removed because they are attached to the formwork,
and after-treatment of nails is not required.
The fixtures on the formwork can be easily removed
usinga a crowbar. |
